Ingredients: 250 gram punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered; 150 gram punnet blueberries; 150 gram punnet raspberries; 1 tablespoon icing sugar; 1 litre strawberry and lemon gelato

Ingredients

250 gram punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered

150 gram punnet blueberries

150 gram punnet raspberries

1 tablespoon icing sugar

1 litre strawberry and lemon gelato

Method

1.Combine all berries in a bowl with icing sugar. Set aside.

2.Spoon 2 scoops gelato into each serving dish. Top with mixed berries. Serve immediately.

Frozen yoghurt can be used in place of the gelato.
