Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease 2 x 12-hole (2 tablespoon) round-based patty pans.
2.Divide hot cross buns into prepared pans, piling high in each hole.
3.Whisk milk, cream, eggs and caster sugar in a jug until combined. Spoon milk mixture evenly over buns. Stand 10 minutes to let buns soak up liquid.
4.Bake 15 minutes, or until puddings are set and golden. Serve warm dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon.
