1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease an 8-hole mini loaf pan. Line base and long sides of each recess with a strip of baking paper.
2.Sift flour and cinnamon together into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, chocolate and sultanas. Make a well in the centre.
3.In a jug, stir banana, carrot, oil and eggs together. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
4.Spoon mixture evenly among prepared pans. Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer.
5.Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
Cook these in a paper patty-lined muffin tray and your cooling time will be reduced by about 5 minutes.
