Method

1.Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2.For each pudding, insert a toothpick in top of marshmallow. Place the marshmallow in milk chocolate. Using a teaspoon, coat marshmallow in chocolate, leaving a small gap around toothpick. Using a fork, lift marshmallow from chocolate, letting excess drip into bowl. Place on prepared tray. Set.
3.Remove toothpicks from marshmallows. Using a teaspoon, drizzle a little white Chocolate over each marshmallow. Sprinkle with cachous. Set.
4.Place each pudding in small, coloured paper case.

Wrap individual puddings in clear cellophane and tie with ribbon to hang on christmas tree. Use red and green sprinkles instead of cachous if serving to young children.
