Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease a 1.5-litre (6-cup) 20cm (base diameter) pie dish.
2.Process eggs, sugar, butter, almonds, desiccated coconut, 2 teaspoons zest, juice, milk, coconut milk and flour for 1 minute or until combined.
3.Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until browned lightly and firm to touch. Remove from oven. Stand for 20 minutes.
4.Spread with cream. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and extra zest. Serve.
