Ingredients

Method

1.Place 4 x 1 cup serving glasses on a tray.
2.Place chocolate, cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
3.Sprinkle gelatine over 1 tablespoon boiling water in a small heatproof jug; stir until completely dissolved. Cool slightly. Add to cream mixture; stir to combine. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
4.Whisk yogurt into cream mixture. Pour mixture evenly into glasses. Cover loosely with plastic food wrap; chill for 3 hours or until set.
5.Combine jelly crystals and 1/2 cup boiling water in a small heatproof bowl; stir until jelly is completely dissolved. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Pour gently over panna cotta in glasses. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 2 hours or until set. Serve with biscuits.
