Method
1.Place berries and icing sugar in the bowl of a food processor and process until mixture is smooth and thick.
2.Add yoghurt and process to combine. This makes a soft-serve style gelato.
3.Spoon gelato immediately into serving bowls and serve topped with a few frozen berries
