Method
1.Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until melted and smooth. Keep warm
2.Pour warm sauce over ice-cream and serve.
To make sauce in the microwave, combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl or jug and cook at 50% for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
