1/2 medium pineapple, unpeeled

30 gram palm sugar, grated

vanilla ice-cream, to serve

Method

1.Cut pineapple into wedges lengthways. Remove and discard core.

2.Preheat grill. Place pineapple on an oven tray, top with sugar and cook 2-3 minutes, until sugar melts and is lightly golden. Serve with ice-cream, if desired.
