Method
1.Place ice-cream in a large chilled bowl with the ginger and green tea flavouring. Using an electric mixer, beat until combined.
2.Return to ice-cream container. Refreeze for several hours or overnight.
3.Toss fruit in juice and arrange on serving platter or in individual glasses and drizzle with honey. Serve with ice-cream and green tea.
Powdered green tea is available from supermarkets. Use our method, or for a more authentic ice-cream, follow the packet directions. The japanese ingredients mentioned here are available from the Asian section of your supermarket or from specialty Asian supermarkets.
