Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Grease a 12-hole, 1/3-cup muffin pan.
2.Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Fold through combined egg, milk, apple and oil. Gently fold through frozen fruit. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, until golden.
3.Cool muffins for 5 minutes in pan. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve dusted with icing sugar, if using.
