Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 6 x 1-cup ramekins or ovenproof cups on an oven tray.
2.In a bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar and coconut. Add butter and stir until mixture comes together.
3.In another bowl, combine apple, raisins, sugar and cinnamon, mixing well. Spoon into ramekins. Top each with ½ cup crumble mixture.
4.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. To serve, dust with icing sugar and accompany with cream.
If flaked coconut is unavailable, shredded or desiccated coconut will do.
