Ingredients

Method

1.Halve oranges lengthways and squeeze juice. Scoop out and discard flesh, keeping skins intact.
2.Pour 1/4 cup water into a small saucepan and sprinkle over gelatine. Heat on low and stir until gelatine dissolves. Add strained orange juice, boiling water and sugar and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3.Cool slightly. Pour into orange halves and chill for 3 hours, until set. Cut into wedges and serve with orange leaves.

Taste the mixture after adding the sugar – it may need an extra tablespoon.
