Method
1.In a small saucepan, heat cream and coffee on medium, stirring until coffee dissolves. Bring almost to the boil. Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur and vanilla.
2.Place chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour cream mixture over and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
3.Whisk in egg yolks and butter, until smooth. Cool for 2-3 minutes before stirring through three-quarters of the Mars bar pieces. Spoon mixture evenly into six 1/4-cup capacity ramekins or espresso cups. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
4.Top with remaining chopped Mars bar and slivered pistachios. Serve with orange wedges, if you like.
You can replace the Mars bar with another type of chocolate bar, if preferred.
