Ingredients

Method

1.In a bowl, combine ricotta, chocolate, dates, pistachios and icing sugar.
2.Preheat grill on high. Arrange figs, cut-side up, on an oven tray lined with foil. Drizzle a little honey over each fig.
3.Grill figs for 2-3 minutes, until slightly caramelised.
4.Divide figs among serving plates and top with spoonfuls of ricotta mixture. Drizzle with extra honey to serve.
