1.Using vegetable peeler, remove 8 wide strips of rind from each orange. Remove any white pith from rind.
2.Place rind strips, sugar, the water, honey and cinnamon in small saucepan. Split vanilla bean; scrape seeds into pan with bean. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly. Remove from heat; stir in orange blossom water.
3.Place figs, cut-side up, in large heatproof dish. Pour hot syrup over figs; cool.
4.To make yoghurt cream; combine ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate until required.
5.Serve figs with yoghurt cream.
