1.In a saucepan, combine Cointreau, sugar and orange. Stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat
2.Add straw berries and set aside for at least 20 minutes to marinate.
3.Arrange strawberries, yoghurt and almond bread in separate bowls. Drizzle yoghurt with some of the strawberry syrup. Allow guests to serve themselves.
This is also delicious made with mixed berries.
