Ingredients: 1 litre good-quality vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened; 200 gram cookie chocolate bar, roughly chopped; 6 waffle cones; Toppings; shaved chocolate; coloured sprinkles; crushed nuts

1 litre good-quality vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened

200 gram cookie chocolate bar, roughly chopped

6 waffle cones

Toppings

crushed nuts

Method

1.Place ice-cream in a bowl and stir through chocolate pieces. Pour back into freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or-overnight.

2.Place toppings into separate bowls. Fill cones with ice-cream, then dip into desired toppings and serve.
