Method
1.Grease and line a 26x16cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending it at long sides for handles.
2.Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon into prepared pan. Using the back of a spoon, press the top to flatten.
3.Cover slice with plastic food wrap; chill for 1 hour or until set. Cut into pieces. Serve.
To melt chocolote in the microwave, place in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on High (100%) in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth.
Note
