Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a straight-sided 24cm pie dish.
2.Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, coconut, egg, extract, butter, milk and passionfruit. Pour into dish.
3.Bake pie about 1 hour or until set.
4.Serve dusted with sifted icing sugar.
