Ingredients

Method

1.Place sugar, sherry and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer, uncovered, until sugar is dissolved. Cool syrup.
2.Remove any icing from cake and cut cake into 2cm cubes. Divide cake between four serving glasses; drizzle with syrup. Top with cream and blueberries.
