Method
Chocolate shots
1.Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat for 2-3 minutes, until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in spread and liqueur.
2.Allow to cool slightly, then stir in three-quarters of the violet crumble.
3.Spoon mixture into shot glasses. Sprinkle each with violet crumble. Chill for an hour or until ready to serve.
Ice-cream sandwiches
4.Scoop ice-cream onto 4 biscuits. Spread thickly.
5.Top with remaining biscuits to form a sandwich moulding and scraping ice-cream to finish.
6.Arrange on a metal tray. Freeze until firm.
