1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. lightly grease 6 x 3/4-cup ramekins with spray oil.
2.In a large mixing bowl, sift flour and cocoa together, then stir in caster sugar. Add milk and margarine, followed by nougat, and stir until well combined.
3.Divide chocolate mixture evenly between ramekins and then sprinkle with brown sugar.
4.Place ramekins on a large tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Serve with low-fat ice-cream.
