Method
1.Break dark chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of gently simmering water.
2.Stir until melted. Make sure water does not touch base of bowl. Remove from heat and stir in cream and vanilla extract.
3.Pour into 4-6 serving bowls or glasses. Chill for 15 minutes, until set. Serve with almond bread.
This can be made with milk or white chocolate in place of dark if you prefer. Try adding a touch of your favourite liqueur.
Note
