Method

1.Lightly spray six 1/2 cup moulds with cooking oil spray. Combine milk, chocolate, cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
2.Combine hot water and gelatine in a jug and stir until dissolved. Whisk into chocolate mixture and set aside to cool slightly. Whisk yogurt into chocolate mixture and pour into prepared moulds. Chill for 2 hours, until set.
3.Meanwhile, to make poached pears; combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pear and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for pears to cool in syrup. Remove pears with a slotted spoon and bring syrup to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, until reduced and thickened.
4.Unmould panna cotta onto serving plates. Serve with pear wedges and drizzle with syrup.
