Chocolate mint iceblocks
Method
1.Combine ice-cream, chocolate, essence and green colouring in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into 8 x 1/3 cup ice-block moulds or paper cups. Insert an ice-block stick at the centre of ice-blocks if needed. Freeze for 4 hours or until set.
2.Remove ice-blocks from moulds. Just before serving, drizzle each ice-block with 1 tablespoon chocolate ice dessert topping.
Replace crushed chocolate bar with 1/3 cup dark or milk chocolate chips. For best results, be sure to use good-quality vanilla ice-cream.
