Method
1.In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat thickened cream and condensed milk together.
2.In a small jug, mix extra cream into cocoa powder gradually, until smooth. Gradually add chocolate cream to condensed milk mixture, beating well.
3.Pour into a loaf pan. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Serve ice-cream in scoops in cones.
Fold through some grated chocolate or chopped Vienna almonds, if desired.
