Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease an 18 x 28cm lamington pan and line with baking paper.
2.In a medium bowl, combine flour, coconut and sugar. Make a well in the centre. Add butter and mix well.
3.Press mixture firmly into base of pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.
4.Smooth hazelnut spread over base, then bake for a further 8 minutes. Cool.
5.Drizzle or pipe white chocolate over slice. Set aside until firm. Cut into rectangles and store in an airtight container.
