Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease a deep 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Melt butter and milk chocolate in medium saucepan on low, stirring until melted. Cool for 10 minutes. Stir in sugar.
3.Fold in flour, chocolate and eggs. Spread mixture into prepared cake pan, smoothing top.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes, until firm to touch. Cool in pan. Serve dusted with cocoa. Cut into squares and top with raspberries.
Dark chocolate can be replaced with pecans, walnuts or macadamias.
