Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Grease and line a 22cm round cake pan with baking paper
2.Using an electric mixer, beat eggs until thick and pale. Add sugar, milk and oil and beat until combined. Fold through melted chocolate and flour.
3.Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with cocoa, cut and serve.
