Ingredients

Method

1.Place cream, chocolate and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Increase heat; bring to the boil.
2.Add butter; stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add bourbon; stir until combined. Cool slightly.
3.Carefully pour into hot sterilised jars or bottles. Seal. Cool.
