Ingredients: 50 gram (1½ ounces) dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped coarsely; 2 tablespoon raspberry-flavoured liqueur; 1 medium_piece (230g) pear, chopped finely; 1/2 cup (125ml) vanilla ice-cream

Method

1.Stir chocolate and liqueur in small heatproof bowl over small saucepan of simmering water until smooth.

2.Divide half of the chocolate mixture among six ⅓ cup (80ml) glasses. Top with half of the pear, half of the ice-cream and remaining chocolate mixture. Top with remaining ice-cream and pear.
