Method
1.Line a baking tray with foil.
2.Beat cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl until smooth. Mix in cake crumbs and almonds. Chill until firm enough to handle.
3.Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Arrange on prepared tray.
4.In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and copha together on low heat. Spoon chocolate mixture over balls to cover. Roll in almonds and cachous. Chill for 15 minutes, until firm.
