2/3 cup (160ml) thickened (heavy) cream

60 gram (2 ounces) dark eating (semi sweet) chocolate, melted

1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped

60 gram (2 ounce) snickers bar, chopped finely

Method

1.Beat cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form, add melted cooled chocolate, beat until combined. Fold in remaining ingredients, transfer mixture to loaf pan. Cover pan with foil, refrigerate 2 hours.
