Method
1.Process biscuits to make fine crumbs. Add butter; process to combine.
2.Press crumbs into base and sides of a 5cm deep, 24cm (base diameter) round (6-cup) pie dish. Freeze crumb base 15 minutes, or until firm.
3.Meanwhile, crush chocolate bars coarsely; reserve 2 tablespoons.
4.Place ice-cream in a large bowl. Stir in crushed chocolate bars. Spread in prepared pie shell; freeze 1 hour, or until firm.
5.Remove pie from freezer; stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
6.Sprinkle pie with reserved crushed chocolate bars. Serve with strawberries.
Use a flat-based drinking glass to help press crumbs evenly into pie dish.
