Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan and line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
2.Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add sugar and stir 2 minutes. Cool mixture 10 minutes.
3.Stir in eggs, then nuts, flour, sour cream and 2 tbsp of the sifted cocoa. Spread mixture into pan.
4.Bake brownies about 45 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. Dust with sifted remaining cocoa to serve.
