Ingredients

Method

1.Drain cherries, reserve ¼ cup of syrup.
2.Bring cream, sugar and reserved syrup to the boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until smooth. Cool.
3.Place cheese in small bowl of electric mixer; add chocolate mixture, beat until smooth.
4.Divide cherries between six 180ml dishes and top with chocolate mixture. Pudding can be served immediately or refrigerated for about 30 minutes to set.
