Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Slice hot cross buns into thirds vertically. Using two pieces at a time, sandwich with Nutella, raspberries, hazelnuts and white chocolate.
3.Arrange stacks (some flat, some upright) close together on the prepared baking tray.
4.Bake for 10 minutes until the buns are crispy, and the chocolate is melted and oozy.
5.Serve straight away dusted with icing sugar, scattered with extra raspberries and dollops of Nutella.
