Method

1.Place biscuits in the bowl of a food processor; process until finely crushed. Add butter; pulse until combined.
2.Transfer mixture to a 23cm flan pan with removable base. Press mixture firmly around sides and base of pan. Freeze 15 minutes, or until required.
3.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add liqueur; beat until combined.
4.Fold ice-cream through cheese mixture with crushed Crunchie bar. Pour mixture into pie pan.
5.Freeze 2-3 hours, until firm. Dust with Milo and serve in wedges with strawberries.

To decorate, cut a snowflake stencil from baking paper. Place on top of pie and dust with Milo or cocoa. Then carefully remove the stencil and serve. You could also decorate it with a homemade wire star with beads threaded onto it, as shown.
