Method

1.In a bowl over a simmering saucepan of water, melt chocolate (be sure that the bowl doesn’t touch the water).
2.Use a skewer to pierce a hole through the base of the chocolate cups. Place a marshmallow in the centre of each cup.
3.Dip the end of one lollipop stick into the melted chocolate; push it through the chocolate cup about halfway into the marshmallow. Stand upright in a styrofoam block until set.
4.To make the cup handles, spoon a little melted chocolate (re-melt if necessary) into the piping bag; snip a small piece off the corner. Pipe 12 small `C’ shapes onto a sheet of baking paper; stand until set. Attach handles to cups with a little melted chocolate. Dust tops of the marshmallow with a little cocoa powder.
