Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 flour; 2 teaspoon baking powder; 3/4 cup sugar; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 eggs; 125 gram butter, softened; 1/2 cup buttermilk; 1 x 40g tin sliced peaches, drained; Streusel; 1/2 cup flour; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 50 gram hard butter; 1/2 cup walnuts

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 eggs

125 gram butter, softened

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 x 40g tin sliced peaches, drained

Streusel

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

50 gram hard butter

1/2 cup walnuts

Method

1.Preheat the oven to 160C on fan bake.

2.Place flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, eggs, butter, and buttermilk in food processor. Pulse ingredients 3 times for 10 seconds each time.

3.Place in a greased and lined 21cm cake tin. Top with the drained peaches.

4.To make streusel mix, place all ingredients in your food processor and pulse until crumbly.

5.Top the peaches with the streusel mix.

6.Bake for 1 hour. Ovens do vary, so it may need a little more cooking time.
