Method
1.Tear off 6 x 30cm-square pieces of foil and place on workbench. Top with 6 x 30cm-square pieces of baking paper.
2.Place banana slices at centre of each sheet of paper. Sprinkle evenly with sugar; dot with butter, then sprinkle with essence. Fold baking paper over banana and roll tightly to enclose. Fold foil over to seal banana tightly.
3.Preheat barbecue flat plate to moderately low. Cook parcels for 4 minutes or until bananas are soft and butter is melted. Transfer parcels to serving plates.
4.To serve, carefully open parcels; sprinkle with almonds. Serve with cream.
