Method

1.Mash banana in small bowl; divide banana between two small freezer-safe containers. Cover; freeze several hours or overnight.
2.Just before serving, remove from freezer; stand 5 minutes. Using a fork, beat banana until light-coloured and creamy.

This is a deliciously healthy ice-cream substitute that can be served as a snack or dessert.
