100 gram dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup mini marshmallows

Method

1.Peel banana along one side. Scoop out centre of exposed banana flesh.

2.Divide chocolate and marshmallows among cavities. Fold banana skin over marshmallows; wrap in foil.

3.Preheat a barbecue plate on medium. Cook banana parcels 2 minutes each side, until filling melts. Serve.
