Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to slow, 150°C.
2.Arrange fruit cut side up in baking dish. Drizzle with combined juice and syrup. Sprinkle with sugar and add cinnamon.
3.Bake 15-20 minutes until fruit softens but still holds its shape.
4.Serve with yoghurt and a sprinkling of crushed biscuits. Drizzle with pan juices.

We used a mixture of peaches, nectarines and plums. We used Speculaa biscuits, bur these can be replaced with ginger nuts or almond thins.
