Method

1.Preheat oven to 230°C (210°C fan-forced). On lightly floured surface roll out dough to fit 30cm pizza tray. Brush tray with melted butter and cover with pizza base.
2.Brush base with maple syrup and arrange sliced apples over in concentric circles, over lapping the slices like a bullseye target. Sprinkle with demerara sugar.
3.Cook for 20 minutes. Remove pizza, sprinkle with almonds and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until apples are golden and base is cooked. Remove from oven, slice and serve with extra maple syrup and ice-cream.
