1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.Pour an equal amount of custard into 6×1-cup ovenproof dishes. Divide apple and berries between dishes.
3.To make crumble: Sift flour into a bowl. Add butter and rub in using fingertips until fine crumbs form. Mix coconut, sugar and nuts through.
4.Spoon crumble mixture over fruit in dishes. Bake 25-30 minutes, until top is golden and crunchy. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with extra custard.
You can also make this crumble in a 6-cup, shallow, ovenproof dish.
Note
