Method
1.Thinly slice apples; combine in small saucepan with sugar, the water, clove and cinnamon; cover. Bring to the boil; reduce heat, simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until apple softens.
2.Drain apple mixture; discard liquid and clove. Cool apple.
3.Place pastry cases on tray, fill with cold stewed apple; refrigerate 30 minutes.
4.Just before serving, top with cream, then drizzle with passionfruit pulp.
