Method

Apple and Apricot Oat Crumble

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease a 6-cup round ovenproof dish.
2.Combine apple, apricot and reserved apricot juice in prepared dish.
3.Place flour and sugar in a bowl. Rub in butter to make crumbs. Stir in oats. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture.
4.Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with ice-cream.

Make ahead: Assemble the apple crumble a day ahead. Cover, then refrigerate.
