Method
1.Place butter and sugar in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until melted and combined. Reduce heat. Add apple; Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until apple is tender.
2.Heat crepes following packet directions. For each crepe, place a crepe on a serving plate, then top with an eighth of the apple mixture. Fold crepe over to enclose filling. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with ice-cream.
You can use crepes from the chilled section. Try using pears instead of apples.
